Returning to Alisal Ranch for the 2026–2027 season, this beloved series features three intimate candlelight dinners set within the historic heart of the Santa Ynez Valley. Last year, every event sold out, so we encourage you to reserve your seat early.

Step into a room aglow with hundreds of candles and settle in for an evening that moves at its own unhurried pace. Each Winterlight dinner features a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu by our Executive Chef, paired with exceptional wines from a featured Santa Ynez Valley winery.

Must be 21+ to attend. Tickets are $175 per person (before tax and service fee). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 50% charge. Tickets are available through Ranch Concierge. Event begins at 6pm and dinner will be served at 6:30pm.
