The Atterdag Village of Solvang is hosting its second annual Harvest Party on Saturday, September 23 at 2 p.m. to raise money for low-income seniors in the Santa Ynez Valley. The event opens with live music from world-renowned songwriter David Segall, an array of appetizers, local wine and beer, non-alcoholic drinks, and a silent auction with amazing items on which to bid. Enjoy lively conversation and the spectacular views at The Duck Club, Santa Ynez while you feast on wood-fired pizzas and seasonal salads made onsite by Fire Brick Pizza. We'll top-off your evening with a live auction overflowing with fabulous trips, items, and even delicious desserts to enjoy as you listen or dance to the upbeat postmodern barn dance music of the Bryan TITUS Trio. This year, the Harvest Party will raise money for additional People-Who-Care Grants that provide housing, meals, and care at Atterdag Village for SYV low-income seniors, as well as expand our support to low-income, home-bound seniors throughout the Santa Ynez Valley. Best of all, while you're eating really good pizza, drinking some of the Valley’s best wine and beer, having a great time, and enjoying outstanding music in one of the most beautiful settings in the Santa Ynez Valley, you can also enjoy knowing that with every purchase of auction items, raffle tickets, beer, and wine, you’re supporting a worthy cause...the health and happiness of low-income seniors in our community.
